Rules

• Park on the gravel driveway outside of the fence or on the gravel in front of the house. You will enter the yard near the American Flag and star on the gate.

• The gate will open 3 minutes before your scheduled time.

• If another guest is using the pool, please wait on the cement pad by the basketball hoop until they are finished.

• Please keep your dog on leash until you reach the inside of the dock. Leash dogs before leaving the dock. Dogs are ONLY allowed off leash while on the dock.

• Toilet your dog before arriving on the dock and take bathroom breaks as needed. Dogs can go to the bathroom anywhere on the bark. DO NOT allow your dogs to toilet on the grass near the house. There is a $40 charge if a dog poops in the pool. 

• Barking: No excessive barking allowed. We understand dogs are excited to Dock Dive, but we must be respectful to the neighbors. Maximum 5 minutes of barking allowed. Excessive barkers will be asked to leave without a refund.

• Brushes are available by the bottom of the dock. Please help our pool filters by doing a quick brush off before diving.

• Please shut all gates behind you.

• No food allowed on the dock.

• This is an outdoor facility. Restrooms are not available, please plan accordingly.

• Dogs in heat are not allowed to participate.

• All dogs must be vaccinated. Puppies must be 4+ months and fully vaccinated to enter the yard. We recommend updating Bordetella every 6 months.

• Humans can enter the pool. The ramp has a 500 lbs weight limit. One person allowed on the ramp at a time. Any damage to the KBC ramp will result in a $2200 charge for replacement.

• Maximum 4 dogs on the property at a time.
