· Can people enter the water? The KBC ramp going into the pool is listed for canine use. 1 person on KBC ramp at a time. Weight limit is 500 lbs.

Refunds & Cancellations: You are able to switch your appointment without a fee. Refunds will be issued minus the processing fee for single visits that are cancelled 12 hours or more prior to the appointment. 

What is your address? The address will be provided in the receipt email. The cross streets are Sunrise Blvd & Sunset Ave in Fair Oaks.

·My dog is aggressive, can we still participate? Yes, each session that you book is private. Guests are only allowed to enter the yard 5 minutes before their scheduled jump time and all dogs must remain on leash when not in the dock area. 

· Do you provide toys? Yes, there is a bin of toys on the dock to use. 

Do you provide water bowls? No, due to safety reasons, please bring your own water bowl. 

Are life vests required? No, life vests are optional.

· Can we use food on the dock? No, food rewards are not allowed on the dock or in the pool. 

· What is your address? The address will be provided after you purchase a session.  

· Can dogs in heat swim? Unfortunately we do not allow any dogs that are in season to swim. 

· Do you allow intact males? Yes, intact males are allowed to participate. 

· Do your packages expire? No, packages do not expire.
